This activity is comprised of three (3) parts. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself. A 4-page response is required for the combination of parts A, B, and C. (100 points)
Part A Compare and contrast the historical and present health care data collection. Integrate the terms electronic health record and electronic medical record in your discussion.
Part B Explain the advantages and disadvantages of diagnosis-related groups and discuss their role in the future of health care.
Part C Discuss how benchmarking and quality initiatives are interrelated in health care.
